EP, with its range of mobile site roll-formers, dedicated machinery and highly competent technicians with vast experience in project site management and timely project execution, delivers on projects without compromising on quality and safety requirements.

On-site roll-forming provides the advantage of having single long length roofing sheets, eliminating double handling of products and meeting tight construction schedules.

Design and Engineering Facilities

Working with architects, designers and specifiers, EP uses the latest version of AutoCad and other engineering software at concept stage to find the best solution for the roofing and cladding architecture of the buildings. Our linkages with Corus, United Kingdom, Richard Lees Steel Decking Ltd. and Dutch Engineering of the Netherlands also provide us with the latest development for the technology in the Industry.

Whether the need is for a new building, extension to current ones, refurbishment or overroofing an existing one, EP can offer the ideal and cost effective solution in all roofing and cladding situations in compliance with the latest Building Regulations without compromising on its aesthetic and performance criteria.

As part of EP’s philosophy of continuous improvement, it has its own in-house testing facility such as its test chamber for impact noise measurement which allows different roof built-up to be physically tested for their noise reduction characteristics when being subjected to different rain fall conditions. Testing of new sound damping material, components and built-up systems will bring benefits to the industry by introducing roofs systems that are best suited to our local conditions and environment.

It is also the practice of EP to liaise with the main contractor and other trades to provide detailed shop-floor drawings during the construction stage and final as-built drawings on completion for all its projects.

In-house Testing Facilities

Rain Impact Noise Testing Facility
The acoustic chamber is designed according to the rain simulation impact test ISO140-1. This test facility will be able to measure the Sound Transmission Coefficient (STC) of a given built-up roof system at pre conditioned rainfall intensity.

Bow & Flatness Testing Facility
Inspection tower for hanging profile sheet – test to determine the camber, twist and flatness of profile sheets, particulary for Electrode Collecting Plates. The hanging test configuration is in accordance to the actual site application.
