Composite Floor Decking
Type Super Holorib
Composite Floor Decking (CFD) is an engineered product designed to optimize performance while acting as a permanent shuttering to support wet concrete slabs.
The profile design, with its repetition module width of 152.5mm and rib height of 51mm allows thinner gauges of Super Holorib to be used while maximizing the spanning capabilities compared with the normal metal floor decks.
This profile has been tested extensively at the Exova Warringtonfire facility in United Kingdom as in accordance with BS 476: Part 21: 1987.
Available gauges range from 0.8mm up to 1.2mm thick. It is easy and fast to install, clean to work and provides a safe working platform to work on.
With our technical collaboration with Richard Lees Steel Decking Ltd, UK (a subsidiary of Skanska Construction Group Ltd.) and UK’s leading designer, supplier and installer of composite steel decking, EP has access into the vast technical resources of these companies.
Superholorib steel decking is approved by BOMBA (Malaysia Fire Authority) for use as a composite floor decking (with load bearing capacity).
