As a one-stop center for roofing and cladding requirements, European Profiles can fulfil customers needs ranging from design, engineering, manufacturing and fabrication, delivery, site supervision to project implementation without compromising on quality and service.
All of European Profiles’s products are manufactured to meet strict quality requirements. Our technical and sales professionals are always on hand to satisfy any commercial or technical issues presented by our customers.
The company’s range of products includes solutions for standing seam profiles, concealed fastening or clip systems and conventional fastening systems in different materials, barrier coatings and built-up for specific applications, be it for acoustical, thermal and/or aesthetical needs of the customers.
European Profiles Malaysia (EPM) factory and manufacturing facilities are located strategically in Rawang, north of the capital city of Kuala Lumpur. Easily accessible by air, road and rail, the factory is also conveniently situated near the country’s main ports.
Housed on a 2-acre site in an industrial park, the manufacturing facility has a combined production capacity of 20,000 metric tons per annum, from its several installed dedicated roll-forming lines as well as mobile machines for site roll-forming. Fully equipped for the most challenging of projects, European Profiles Malaysia has continuously invested in the latest technology and modernization of its machinery, equipment and manufacturing processes.
With high speed computer based numerically controlled roll-formers and various other dedicated machinery, the company is able to cater to the demands of building projects both locally as well as overseas.
Managed and operated by skilled and experienced workforce, European Profiles invests in continuous improvement and training of its employees. This is evident by the fact that the company was among the first in the industry to be accredited the ISO 9002 quality management system in July 1997 for its manufacturing operations, which have since been upgraded several times to the present version of ISO 9001 : 2015.
DESIGN & ENGINEERING
Working with architects, designers and specifiers, European Profiles uses the latest version of AutoCad and other engineering software at concept stage to find the best solution for the roofing and cladding architecture of the buildings. Our linkages with Tata Steel Europe, Zefyr Ventilation (of the UK) and Dutch Engineering of the Netherlands also provide us with the latest development for the technology in the Industry.
Whether the need is for a new building, extension to current ones, refurbishment or overroofing an existing one, European Profiles can offer the ideal and cost effective solution in all roofing and cladding situations in compliance with the latest Building Regulations without compromising on its aesthetic and performance criteria.
As part of European Profiles’s philosophy of continuous improvement, it has its own in-house testing facility such as its test chamber for impact noise measurement which allows different roof built-up to be physically tested for their noise reduction characteristics when being subjected to different rain fall conditions. Testing of new sound damping material, components and built-up systems will bring benefits to the industry by introducing roofs systems that are best suited to our local conditions and environment.
It is also the practice of European Profiles to liaise with the main contractor and other trades to provide detailed shop-floor drawings during the construction stage and final as-built drawings on completion for all its projects.
FACTORY AND ON SITE ROLL FORMING
The ability to meet architecture intentions and creative inspirations sometimes calls for innovations beyond the normal shop-floor production skills. European Profiles, with its range of mobile site roll-formers, dedicated machinery and highly competent technicians with vast experience in project site management and timely project execution, delivers on projects without compromising on quality and safety requirements.
On-site roll-forming provides the advantage of having single long length roofing sheets, eliminating double handling of products and meeting tight construction schedules.
European Profiles Contracting (EPC), is accredited to ISO 9001:2015 for its quality management system in field project implementation.

SAFETY & HEALTH
The company places strong emphasis on Safety & Health for its employees. More specifically, the Safety and Health Policy of the company states:
It shall be the policy of the company to practice and maintain a high standard of safety and health in the work environment.
It shall also be the policy of the management to educate and instruct its employees on all areas of safety pertaining to their job functions and work environment.
The Safety & Health Committee is to continuously ensure that all requirements on safety and health matters as stipulated in the Occupational and Safety Act 1994 and the Factory and Machinery Act 1967 are adhered to.
As a result of its association with Tata Steel International, European Profiles is also greatly influenced by Tata Steel policy on Safety and Health for their world wide operations both in the factory as well as site operations.
ACCREDITATION AND CERTIFICATION
European Profiles manufacturing and project implementation units are certified under ISO9001:2015 QMS by SIRIM. To further strengthen the company’s quality management system and export potential, our steel decking product is also accredited by international accreditation body Lloyd's Register Group for the Factory Control Certification (FPC) in compliance with BCI 2012 and the Building and Construction Authority, Singapore.
European Profiles is proud to be associated with PAM (Malaysian Institute of Architects) Steel Roofing Award 2002 (First Prize - Open Category) for its roofing project undertaken at KL Sentral Train Station.
